  I know the only way is to create a custom control but I have no idea how to start with and how to combine radiobutton list and text box.

  Hi,

  1) Right click your project, in the pop-up diaglog, and choose "User Control".

  2) Drag and drop a RadioButtonList and a TextBox there.

  3) Do logic codes you want.
