Not sure if this is the right place for this question. But I could not find it anywhere.
Is there anyone who knows how I can start an ASP.NET weblog hosted by weblogs.asp.net?
And where can I rename my userid?

In the past, you needed to have at least 751 Community Recognition points, and a blog request could be submitted through the site's Contact form.
I'm not certain if the site is adding bloggers right now, but you'd be a bit short on recognition points today.
as for your userid/account name... there is no support for changing that. You would need to create a new account if you needed a new userid/account name.

As suggested by mbanavige you need atleast 750+ recognition points to be eligible to get a blog @ weblogs...
As of now they were planning to give weblogs in the first Quarter of 2013 but due to some reasons they are not going to give it for long... ie., either in the 3rd or 4th Quarter of the Year or next year may be..
But you can do one thing once you reach 750 community points you could ask for a blog at contact us section of the forums and this will generate a Queue.. And You will be able to know the current status of the blog..
