If anyone knows of a tool or a way to conver COBOL to VB.NET that would be amazing! It's a shot in the dark but it would make my life 9001 time better in every way shape and form!
I have a very large cobol program I am trying to make into a web application with ASP.NET with VB, I know very little COBOL so it is proving to be quite difficult.
Any help is appreciated thanks!

Thank you for that information. My issue isn't running cobol on .NET but my employeer wants to have this cobol code put into VB.NET not into COBOL.NET, even if it is easier.

.NET is available in many more languages than VB.NET or C#. Perhaps another option would be for example NetCOBOL:

Or Visual COBOL:
