That is permission problem. Please change ur permission and check.

Please uninstall ur DB and install again please follow this below link.

K. I will Try that and get back to you. is there any way to check the Administrative privileges. Whether during installation we need to change anything ah

If you're not using a Domain user, then refer to
Control panel > User accounts > Account type: Administrator
