This is mahesh, i am using Windows 7, Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008. i have installed V.S.2010 and SQL Server 2008 and i have connected the SQL but i cant create the database. In SQL Server Properties and in L.H.S Security tag it is showing this
below error when i connect with SQL & Windows authentication mode.

According to your description, it seems like a permission issue. In order to resolve your issue, you can try to login as an
administrator.
In addition, you can right click the folder where you want to create the database and choose properties at first. Then check the security tab and make sure that you have the write permission to this folder.
If it doesn't work, please try to share more information about your issue.

I can able to Login With ADMIN-PC\SQLEXPRESS with Windows Authentication it gets connected and when i try to create the DB it shows the error and i ttried in sa login property it shows this error

Yes i have followed all the steps but i cant change the windows authentication mode to SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode when i click the radio button it shows the above error

Make sure your current login is with Administrator privileges to the machine.
