  Hi, We have may seen many ecommerce website, when we click add to item to basket, it will be item added to basket and the count of basket will increase,

  and if you move the mouse, then the dropdown menu will come and show the items added,etc.

  how can I design the menu? any help appreciated..

  Have you tried Ajaxed Sliding Shopping Cart With jQuery that provided by @urenjoy's link?  If not, please try to use that, it will help you.
