Hi Ramesh there might be some serious offence from your side due to which your account has been de-activated.. You might have invoked the terms of Use of this site:
I guess you got your account banned because of copying pasting contents from other thread,, You should not have done this instead should put the links to the particular threads or website in your post..
And regarding the account you should reply to the mail you got which include the details of your deactivation..
don't start creating new thread. Everything was explained about your deactivated account here:
http://forums.asp.net/t/1867004.aspx/1?Account+DeActivate. Mike did send you several emails to which you replied on why your former account(s) got deactivated.

Can just anyone reactivate your account other than moderators? No.
Will we reactivate your account since you have violated the TOS? No.
Is posting questions like this in a public forum going to change the moderation team's decision? No.
You were sent an email detailing exactly why your account was deactivated. When you create one of these accounts, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service when using this forum. Failure to follow the rules set forth in the agreement will lead to deactivation
of said account. When you create an account, at the bottom of the sign up there is a check box that you are saying that you agree with the terms of the TOS. Plain and simple, violate the terms, your account is deactivated. That is the rule period.
