No. It's a business and their business is to earn money so that they can pay the authors and as such more interesting material can come online. Simply talk to your boss. Most companies have a learning plan budget and instead of following a $2500 one week
course you can instead pay $500 dollars for a year.
I have an annual plus and like it a lot. It's money well spent for the company and I can learn whenever I want to.

That is not strictly true. Pluralsight offers some of their online courses for free. As Kris pointed out, to watch any of them offline you have to have a paid "plus" subscription.
You may also want to follow Pluralsight on Twitter (https://twitter.com/pluralsight), so that you can be aware of their newest content and promotions. For example, they currently have a "buy one month, get one
month free" promotion.
