I am working with asp.net application with oracle 11g. i installed odac 11g and data provider on my machine, the problem i am facing that in Visual studio2010's server explorer my oracle database is shown but when i am trying to create data modal (entity
framework) then in the wizard no oracle connection is shown. Why is it? kindly help....

Hi!

Did you install both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions? I know we ran into issues with this and that was our soulution.

Issue has been resolved by installing 32bit odac on 64bit Windows.
