  Can I reguard Azure only a collection of servers running a a "snippet of clouds" for us to submit files?

  Hi,

  what exactly do you mean? There's way more to cloud computing than just having some "snippets of cloud". You have things like storage, messaging, compute, hosting, services, roll out your own stuff on VM's, databases, security, ...
