Any update on when this should be released at least as a beta on NuGet? I tried to compile the code a couple of weeks ago and wasn't working, and cannot see any changes lately on github. It would be nice to know if this is still in the plans.

It's in the plans but it's not ready yet. It's still a prototype right now and hasn't been updated recently.
