since the forums were up since 2002 there hasn't been such a functionality implemented and likely it won't get to this site either. So it's still the way to go to upload simply to imgur, skydrive, ... and make use of the image insertion functionality in
the toolbar (the button left of the smiley face).

As you might imagine, you're not the first to make this suggestion. We may consider this for a future site update, but at this point I am unsure if we will implement it.

Hi Microsoft MSFT;)
First very glad that you've published your email for us to return back your service.
But it would be better if you can still offer "UpLoad" function, which will let our customers upload our problem projects for u to analyze……
Though we can use SkyDrive or any other remote downloadable things, but it would be better using that!
And it would be better if you can do what MSDN has——Just has a function that directly lets us upload image instead of passing a relative Url!
