User Edit Profile/Upload Avatar Not working.

I was just trying to change my profile picture but it is always showing error. Trying from 2-3 days same error.

How many bytes is the image you are trying to use? It needs to be smaller than 4 meg. We only display images at a 59x59 size, so it's a good idea to resize it to that size, and then upload it.

It is showing error on Images of large size. WebMaster must have mentioned about the maximum size we can upload.
