I am interested in finding templates that are compatible to both desktop and mobile devices. I am a looking for something that I can customize, yet has a solid structure/base look. Would anyone be able to make a recommendation?
You can't have the sample template for both Mobile and Desktop! Anyway, by adding
Viewport meta tag, you can make the desktop template fits in the Mobile browser!
It's better to have different templates, instead of one, if the desktop web app is too complex!

You can use simply
By this code. The website will see what width the user is having. And will change its look according to that!

Hi,

It's better to have different templates, instead of one, if the desktop web app is too complex!
Example: Citi - http://online.citibank.co.in
Try to open the above link in Mobile and desktop browsers! They are using two different templates!
Hope it helps u...
