I have a doubt like why Favorites section is present in Edit profile??It should be outside of it to view easily what we marked as favorites.Is there any specific reason?

that came due to some site refresh/update several years ago. It's been brought up several times already in the past.
Personally I would like to see a combined view of Favorites and Watched threads. Now I get everything via mail while I would rather like to keep it all in one place, and lower the stuff I get in my inbox.

Favorite Threads and Forums are now showing in your profile. when you've chosen to share them via the "[ ] Make visibile to all members" checkbox. In the future we will likely integrate them even further into the site.

Well I guess some modification has already been done.. You can see your favourite threads in your Profile section...
