  can't launch hello world in browser using webmatrix

  Newbie...Just installed WebMatrix and can't launch hello world in browser.  How can I see be sure that all WebMatrix compenents are up and running?

  Uninstall and resinstall it using Web Platform Installer.

  Incidentally, what does "can't launch" mean? Do you get errors? What happens?
