I’ve scoured the Web and cannot find a solution. WebMatrix 2 will not install on my Windows 7 laptop computer. On repeated attempts, I get an error: The location of the Document folder could not be determined. The application is unable to continue and will

i have the offline files to install webmatrix. All files must be installed. Download and install. Install the file 'WebMatrix_x86_en-US THE LAST' lastly.

Yes, I tried running WebMatrix_x86_en-US.msi located in the Web Platform Installer>WebMatrixforWin7orBelow. Same result...

Didn't work - same result. I moved my question over to the IIS > Webmatrix forum. Maybe they have a solution.
