Excel cannot open the file'kda_pc08_IMC.xlsm'beacuse the file format or file extension is no valid.Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that file extension matches the format of the file.
And if i click "YES" ,i can excel file but with out macros (not saved) in the Excel. I dont know why this message is coming and why macros are not getting saved from the .net application?

Is your problem related with ASP.NET or something else？
