Well, you can launch a windows program as a server process, however this will not be launched at the user's client browser. In code behind, to execute an application on the server, you would use Process.Start("programname.exe");

It sounds like an opportunity to use the method Process.Start. but if I use this method would the programe i try to run be running in Internet Explore or local on the server?? becourse i need a method to run the programe in internet Explore.

Unfortunately, there is no way to run a windows program in the browser, that is implied security from IIS and the web browsers.

I do not think there is a way to run window program in asp.net.
you can execute any exe
