Okay, so I need to test changes I make to my website CSS on different browsers, but I find that it's impossible to do, because I'm not able to install more than one version of IE on my computer, so without buying at least 5 different computers, how can I
test my website?

download a copy of Expression. It has SuperPreview which allows you to see what your site will look like in different browsers.
But don't expect me to do your job!

I have checked that out, I only have a personal website, and I can't afford to pay that much money for that product. It was only a 60 day trial.

if you download IE9 you can press f12 and run in IE7,8,9. The rest is really based on your market of customers browser type.
