Hi, you can download a sample one at the end of
this page (this is a ms access database, but Ctrl C, Ctrl V will help, you just need to set up your sql database tables) or looking on
GeoBytes for some more information, at the GeoBytes mostly free stuff section, look for GeoWorldMap (in case you can't find it, Ctrl + F is a good way to go) but you'll need some extra works to add it to
your database. There's also a documentation included in the download file for GeoByte.

Careful now. Except for the continents, a lot of this data changes with time.
