HTTP 401.2 error RSS

  HTTP 401.2 error

  I tried to run ASP.Net template application.

  I installed the IIS and ASP.Net which is admin of the machine and server.

  I got HTTP 401.2 error while I tried to access the file from VS 2012 Express, I do not see manager link while I run from internet Explorer. It seems that I do not have rights to visit the web pge.

  Can you please advise where I can configure myself to access this page?

  Thanks for the message,

  I got this messgae only one web page, not all web sites I built.

  The web site I use ASP.Net template from VS 2012 Express.

  in Site.Master, I am unable to access Manage.aspx page. I added the lin on theSite.Master.

  I got this error message when I access Manage.aspx page. It seems that the page has some knid sprecial security check Internet Explorer does not support or there is a bug on  the template.
