I noticed doing an inplace upgrade will not change the fullTrustAssemblies assemblyName="Microsoft.VisualStudio.Enterprise.AspNetHelper" and assemblyName="Microsoft.VisualStudio.Web" from version 10.0.0.0 to 11.0.0.0 if the root web.config has anything
custom added to it. Example, if I add a custom trust file reference in securityPolicy, it will not change the version numbers. Has anyone noticed this before?
