It is to get help understanding things not to get people to do things for you. Do the research yourself and then you will be a better programmer for it. By all means ask for help understanding but if you want someone to do the work then pay them to do so.

zubair258, if you were honest with your employer and you've be given a task that is outside of your capabilities, then your employer needs to give you assistance and guidance ...
imho, the worst thing that you can do is to not ask for help from your employer and your peers where you work.
Four decades ago, i watched an incompetent programmer squirm in his chair for a week before he admitted that he was not qualified to perform the job for which he had been hired; i can only imagine how much stress he suffered hoping that his manager would
not notice ... he was kdding himself ... his manager did notice but gave him a chance regardless.
zubair258, assume you're lucky enough to get one of your volunteers here to write the
c# code for you ... if you do not understand the c# code, how will you maintain it? how will you handle the next chunk of code your employer gives you?

imho, realistically you could be fired ... being fired is not the end of the world, although it will seem that way for a while.

Be honest with them, if it is outside of your capabilities they should get someone else to do it. I doubt you'd be fired.
