You age is your advantage. Dont rush. Take the 70-515, see how you fare in that. The Self-paced Trainig Kits form MS are the best prep material out there.
From reading perspective, WROX is a great publisher. I can recommend an old book "Advanced .NET Programming" by Simon Robinson is the best bible you can find on the insides of .NET

First of all thank you for really fast reply!
I have just purchased the first book for 70-515.
and will see if it fits for me.. :)
just wanted to make sure im right after I finish 70-515 , 70-516 , 70-513, 70-519, I should be able to get the MCPD Certifcate?
You are so far on the right track.. believe me, at 16, I was not thinking about certifications at all. One thing you can probably change in your plan is, start looking into VS 2012 certification tracks, rather than 2010. VS 2012 certifications are new and
they wont "retire" anytime soon. This gives u enough time to complete all exams in a given track
Chances are that by the time you graduate (probably at 22), Visual Studio will be in its 2018 edition!!
If my inputs helped, please mark them as "answer"

hey thanks..
I'm just repeating my question.
if I'll do all the exams you have told me to do will that grant me the option of getting MCPD certifcate?
Yes it will make you MCPD Web Developer .NET 4.0. If you can manage to take 4 certification exams in 11 months, that is. Personally I find it difficult to attain more than 2 certs per year.

So first of all thank you again for your answer.
And now that i see a bit clearer what do u suggest to do?
1) Dont rush into attaining certifications. It cost $80 per certification. And currently there is no on-going "2nd shot free" offer. So if u fail the exam, the money goes down the drain
2) Purchase books on ASP.NET 4.5 to help you come to pace with more contemporary development techniques.
3) Simon Robinson's "Advanced .NET Programming" will help you appreciate CLR and other lower level concepts
4) Purchase mock exams from MeasureUp for exam numbers pertaining to VS 2012
5) When you start scoring real high on your mock exams, you are ready to attempt the real exam :)
Remember that Certification is only a way to validate your skills. That too mostly useful form "getting hired" or job point of view. You probably do not need to worry about it too much in advance. Even if you have MCTS certifications (not MCPD) which are
**truely** earned you will face no problems clearing technical interviews

If you are new to ASP.NET. Aim to get certified on .NET 4.0
First possible exam to aim would be 70-515 (MCTS ASP.NET 4.0).
Followed by 70-516 (Data Access 4.0), 70-513 (WCF 4.0)
Finally, 70-519 (MCPD requirement).
You should act soon because all VS2010 exams retire on 31-Jul-2013 (pretty soon)
More reading..
