I'm about to install 4.5 and I without thinking began uninstalling my installations of VS 2010 and 2012 RC (express editions) and the supporting installs. Is this a best practice or even a good thing to do. I know we all have hard drive space and
memory coming out of ears nowdays but I still don't want files on my computer that aren't being used.
You should remove the RC installs for VS 2012, but you do not need to uninstall any of the VS 2010 apps as you can run all versions of VS and .NET on the same machine.

Hello everybody,
I'm about to install 4.5 and I without thinking began uninstalling my installations of VS 2010 and 2012 RC (express editions) and the supporting installs. Is this a best practice or even a good thing to do. I know we all have hard drive space and memory coming out of ears nowdays but I still don't want files on my computer that aren't being used.
