Looking for an upadted tutor for setting/developing ASP.NET application, preffered language is VB.NET

in this Post :
you will Learn alot.. and after reading my this Post you don't need to google more..
Use Simple Visual Studio 2008/or 2010.. and just rock with Simple ASP.NET Website..

Unfortunatelly all your posted links have nothing to do with Facebook application which is what I am looking for....

You could check out http://vatlab.com/ , which supplies a reasonably priced set of toolkits for asp.net facebook apps/iframe apps/connect sites.
