css give different view in different browser ?

i apply css in my web site ....

but it gives me different result in different browser....

how overcome this problem ?

learn cross-browser css tricks :) Sorry, without more information from you about the problem, there's not much we can tell you. Each browser renders HTML differently for various CSS scripts.
