Hello Every One, I am working in asp.net web application. I am showing records in crystal report. but at run time print button and export buttons are not working. I am using visual studio 2010. please give me any solution. how they will work.
No i am using mozila 13.0.1 and chrome 20.0.1 in both browsers Print and export buttons are not working.
As you asked in my computer MsOffice 2010 is installed. and buttons are not throw any errors but when i click on print button just page load processing is shown and after that nothing is happend. iand on click of export button a popup is opened in which
i select pdf then on click of export button nothing is happend.

not working meaning does it throw any error ?
do you have ms office and acrobat reader installed on your machine ?

copy the C:\inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client folder and place the aspnet_client folder to your working folder
also please make sure that your web application is running under classic mode application pool instead of integrated pipeline mode

What version of Crystal? It matters. Some summary of your environment beyond the minimal would be helpful.
