Not sure about that yahoo one, on another note not even sure if Google have an API for .Net but you'll have to work on that. Also your friends might need to confirm that they wish to be on your website, I don't think you can just get your friends list and
just put it on your website otherwise that would be a privacy breach ! :)

Yes you can do that but you will need the api and stuff. I think this is the one for hotmail:
