There's a small back-story to my question, so please bear with me.
I'm currently taking courses at NewHorizons institute in ASP.NET Web Application Development. At the end of it, I can take up the exams to acquire the MCPD (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer).
I have so far finished these classes:
4994A (Introduction to Programming Microsoft .NET Applications with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005)
10265A (Developing Data Access Solutions with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010)
10267A (Introduction to Web Development with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010)
And I have this one scheduled for next week
10264A (Developing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010)
<div>The thing is each course is given 30 hours to be finished by Microsoft standards but it's taking a whole month and sometimes more to be finished at the insititute where I'm studying. I want to speed things up a bit and I don't have enough money to keep

Which books should I buy to be able to pass the MCPD exam(s)?

Turns out there are 4 exams in order to become MCPD
So I need good suggestions for books on these exams.
