Gallery is used to install extensions in Webmatrix.
For downloading Helpers method u need to use ASP.NET WebPage Administration or else download the helper from Nuget
Thanks

The "Gallery" button is available only in Webmatrix 2.
If you want to learn how to install an helper in Webmatrix 1 you must read the section "Installing a Helper in WebMatrix 1.0" from the tutorial Installing a Helper in an ASP.NET Web Pages (Razor) Site.
