Please check hostforlife.eu . You can find this provider at http://www.microsoft.com/web/Hosting. I read good recommendation about this provider. :)

This is very hot topic in forums but, i dont wanna give you any link.. you can use Bing/Google For it..

But I'll prefer which i use for my Web Applications.. very Cheap and Reliable..
I used these Hosting and I'm happy with them.. I don't wanna confuse you..
