microsoft provide a user guide (name as ux guide) , in that its clearly mentioned about the usage of placing control and their tool tips. but i found a word named "microsoft" at the right bottom of the site and when the cursor is placed over that letter ,
its shows a tool tip looks like the same .
why its showing the same word while moving the cursor over the word microsoft?
It's true that it's saying the same thing. In my opinion, that logo is an image so they have provided the title attribute of the link to make sure even blind people can read what's it (If the user choose to 'listen' to the page using screen readers, then
it will not detect images but it will sometimes detect the title tags). I assume that since there is nothing to explain much about Microsfot logo, they've simply put the text "Microsoft" for the title attribute.

Hello,

Just my two cents :)
