One of my clients is complaining that during the normal course of working in our web app, she gets
dropped to the login screen. I got the specific sequence that causes problems and logged into their account. It didn't happen for me, using the same browser (Chrome).
It appears to me that their local area network might be the problem. What should I be looking for? What questions should I ask their technical support person?

move the .pdb and do some logging in those methods and events wherever the problem is occuring and you will find the issue

Mudasir,
Can you provide a link that describes how to implement your recommendation in greater detail?
I'm not sure how to begin.
Thanks!

hi mmmtbig,
this looks like the firewall issue. Would you please check the firewall settings on the LAN?
