  How to bring this Webservice output

  Please see this link, i want to bring output like this exactly how will i  do that ? pls tel me anybody..

  this is webservice coding i have this below shown, i want to just implement that in webservice please give me solution....

  Run the below command

  SvcUtil.exe http://staging.ticketgoose.com/bookbustickets/services/TGSWS?wsdl
