There is a third party gateway calle Ozeki gateway which serves as a mesaage center for sending forth sms messages. If you can integrate it with your application by adding the reference it will help you to send sms through your asp.net application.

For sending sms from our asp.net web application we required third party sms-getway which will deliver our messages to user.
