You must:

Have a good grasp of software development theory and practice
Pay attention to detail
Be able to work well with people on a team
Have 5+ years of experience
You must have intermediate or advanced skills in:
ASP.NET
C#
.NET Framework
HTML/XHTML/CSS
JavaScript/AJAX
Visual Studio
Experience with these a plus:
Project management
Design patterns
SQL
JQuery
JSON
XML
XSLT
Subversion (source code repository)
Trac (ticketing system)

services, etc. These projects were done as solely by me and with a team as well.
