hi...i did mcts in Framework 2.0...can i do one more exam in framework 4.0 to get MCPD...

you need the MCPD from .NET 2.0 to be able to upgrade to MCPD 4. If you have it, follow the recommendation from DMW. Otherwise you have to start again with the certifications from .NET 4.

Log in to the MCP site.
They have a tool that you can use to examine precisely what your upgrade path is.
