Sorry for the delay - my hard drive failed and Ive just got everything back on another machine.
I have spent another entire day on this issue and got nowhere. I have run the code through jslint and get no errors. The controller action is getting hit.
The error is JSON.parse: unexpected character. Nothing in Firefox gives you any more details than that. Ive tried hardcoding the data in and still get the same error. Is there no way of finding out what is the cause of this error?
