We are creating SSRS reprots using SSAS OLAP database.
i want to create a report with 4 parameters, From date (date control), To Date (date control), State (Dropdown), Referral (Dropdown)
and State and Referral dropdowns are optional parameters that means if i enter from date and to date i should get data without selecting state and referral.
i have created 3 dataset using SSAS Cubes 1) state dropdown 2) Referral Drodown 3) Report Details
and i have created 4 parameters 1) Form Date 2) To date 3) State 4) Referral
my question is when i am review my report with from data and to date it's giving alert message "select state" like this
If i select from date and to date then i shold get all the records between date range from dataset
if i select any dropdown i should get all the records between date range and selected dropdown data.

You need to add one Default value in your Dropdown parameter like the following
Select 'Default' as ColName from dual Union All your query
And then give the default value of your dropdown parameter. While building your query just check your dorpdown parameters if there is only "Default" is selected don't include it in your where condition otherwise include it.

But i want that query in MDX query (SSAS OLAP Database ) not in T-Sql query.

well what i think is: you can have a seperate dataset that Create your MDX statement based on the dropdown selected.
now pass this query to your next dataset to pick your data from the OLAP.

In the reporting server, for that particular parameter, allow nulls and in your MDX query too, allow nulls for the same paramters. This will solve your issue.
