hans_v But does your host support StateServer?
Yes they do they told me to use StateServer for my sessions when they are thinking my problem was session timeout

Then you need to contact your host and ask them how to set up StateServer

I will..... thanks for the help bye the way I have one more question regarding Session objects expiration and null reference exceptions

The code inside Application_PreRequestHandlerExecute checks whether the user's session is alive if the auth ticket is valid.It logs out user if the session is null even if the auth ticket is valid and not expired.

Seems like it is because of low private memory available with your host application pool.
