  Version 1.0.20229 You can also download the Toolkit for .NET Framework 2.0, ASP.NET AJAX 1.0 and Visual Studio 2005.

  Sir, 

  I just tried this example -- http://www.asp.net/ajaxlibrary/act_AutoComplete_simple.ashx  but on trying to set the method for AUTOCOMPLETE I am getting the error. So I can't go ahead of that. 

  If u can help with desktop sharing like Teamviewr  or Showmypc it will be very helpful as u would b able to c what is happening on my pc.
