Dear,
Is it possible to change positions of tabs in a tabcontainer by dragging and dropping them? If yes: how? :)

Currently It is not supported in tabcontainer, may be you can download the source code of ajaxcontroltoolkit and modifed it

If you don't mind javascript libraries, you may consider jQuery UI's Tabs. Please refer to this page, for finding a demo and code,
