Eligibility
To qualify for BizSpark, your Startup must be:
Developing Software
Privately held
Less than 3 years old
Making Less than US $1 million in annual revenue
There is no fee to enroll in Microsoft BizSpark
And if in real trouble you can do .NET development on non-MS platforms too (Mono project)
I understand your predicament about buying genuine Microsoft because it can be pricey. I know some friends who use the same one as yours, the pirated but have never encountered problems like yours. They are also using Windows 7 as OS & have MS Office 2010
but not your problems. May I know your computer's specifications like your hardrive's memory & etc? These things are also contributing factors why you're having problems with your pc. Check your pc first.
Eligibility: To consider applying for the MSP Program, you must be:

* Currently studying a full-time Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or Design (STEMD) course at an officially recognized University/College in India.

Regarding Bizspark:
I am not starting a company or it is Start-Up company.
