I just installed msi from http://aspnet.codeplex.com/releases/view/24644 but the project template did not get install
any idea why?

found it :) Starter kit only installs temlates for VS 2008, i'm using VS 2010
You can download the template from the VS2010 Gallery at http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/site/search?f%5B0%5D.Type=RootCategory&f%5B0%5D.Value=templates&f%5B1%5D.Type=VisualStudioVersion&f%5B1%5D.Value=10.0&f%5B1%5D.Text=Visual%20Studio%202010.

Project Templates did not get install with WCF REST Starter Kit?
