I didn't realise that the forums were also getting another makeover, but in the new design, there isn't enough space for my user name. in the comment-left-col div
there used to be enough room for your name, Mike. FWIW, there has always been a problem for longer names.

P.S.: in ie8, Ctrl+- (minus) used to throw to member DIV above the message; it does not do that in the new design.
B-) Please help me by completing my school survey about computer programmers on my website. Thank you!!! Gerry Lowry +1 705-429-7550 wasaga beach, ontario, canada
for me, win 7/ie8 ... harrytu shows as harrytu@cle...
BUT it's only six bytes longer than mikesdotnetting.
Suggestion, why not wrap longer usernames?
examples:
harrytu
@cleanwire.net
srivastava
.sachin
et cetera
Regards,
Gerry

As indicated above, a style update to minimize this problem has now been deployed to the site. There will still be a problem with some usernames. Hovering on the username or the avatar will show the full username. Wrapping the username
will look worse than the truncating with ellipsis.

Thanks for the report, Mike. I've now logged this as a visual bug and we'll see what we can do to improve this.
