  web stopped working. Error is: "Server Error in <web> Application"

  All of a sudden, my VisualStudio compile web app stopped working.

  This directory is now empty:
  C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG

  
  
  HERE IS THE ERROR WHEN I TRY TO BROWSE MY WEB:
