Guys I have a project where I need to create an ecommerce website. We can use CMS. The thing is, the laptop I'll be using for the presentation wouldn't be installed with SQL Server and WebMatrix. What I want to know is if there is a way I could just get
the HTML files to work so I can present them as static. Help is truly appreciated. :)
Wow...sound very hard if you cant perform anything on the laptop you going to use.
Like kaushal suggestion, video will be the choice for you.
nothing is consider as working without a database in Ecomm or CMS. even if you can export to html, it still doesn't make sense without the database.
is the laptop you using connect to internet ? if yes, then i would suggest you export your web to the internet, then use the notebook to do a LIVE presentation by having the website run on the net.

A nopCommerce website atlest require installed IIS, SQL Express and .NET framework to work stand alone (not connected with any of PC)
IF you just want to have presentation of the website > you may create videos of the website flow that you wish to present :)
hope it helps./.
