  Hi, welcome in forum

  to write a new post you need to select that this post belongs to as 

  General ASP.NET
  

  Ajax and Client-Side Technologies
  

  Visual Studio
  

  etc and aso their sub categories click related subcategory and you will se a link for new post click on that and write a new post which you want..
